Turns a plain list into an array literal you can paste into code. With double quotes and trailing commas, the result drops straight into JavaScript, Python or JSON - the last line keeps its comma off by default, since JSON will not accept one.
Quotes already inside a line are escaped with a backslash so the result stays valid. Untick that if you are quoting for something that does not use backslash escapes.
