About Change Image Colors
Two ways to change colour. Replace a colour finds every pixel close to the one you pick and swaps it for a new one - the tolerance decides how close counts, which matters because a flat-looking area in a JPEG is never quite flat. Shift the hue rotates every colour around the wheel at once, keeping the light and dark relationships intact.
Replacing works cleanly on flat graphics: logos, icons, diagrams, screenshots. On a photograph the edges of a replaced region will show, because anti-aliased pixels along a boundary are a blend of both colours and only some of them fall inside the tolerance.
