AWS Network Connectivity Options
This course will help you understand networking on Amazon Web Services (AWS) beyond just the foundational level. You will learn about different connectivity options and understand how to choose the best way to create a secure, scalable, and highly available network. Furthermore, you will analyze complex network design patterns and learn best practices that will fit your organization.
Prerequisites: We recommend that you have 2 years of networking experience and 2-5 years of AWS experience. You should also have a working understanding of Business networking, including routing technology, IP addressing, and network security. It is also recommended that you have an understanding of Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC), Networking standards, Protocol standards, Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model, Network access control list (network ACL), Switching protocols, Domain Name System (DNS), and Classless Inter-Domain Routing (CIDR).
