Amazon EC2 Basics

Most web-based applications rely on compute services to run. They are the basis for many other Amazon Web Services (AWS) products. In this course, you will learn about the different families of Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) instances and figure out which workloads each family is best for. You will also learn about the different types of instances and how to choose the best one for price and performance. This course has use a case scenario to help you learn how to tell the difference between the different compute options and how to choose the best compute option for a given workload.
