Template Filter - truncatechars_html
Example
Make sure the text is no longer than 10 characters:
<p>{{ mytext|truncatechars_html:10 }}</p>
Definition and Usage
The truncatechars_html filter truncate the value
if it is longer than the specified number of characters.
The truncatechars_html filter will not count any HTML tags,
but closes tags that are being started but not ended.
If a value gets truncated, the value will add three dots (...) at the end of the string.

Syntax
