Definition and Usage
The ng-non-bindable directive specifies that the content of this 
HTML element, and its child nodes, should not be compiled by AngularJS.
Syntax
    <element ng-non-bindable></element>
Supported by all HTML elements.
Parameter Values
The ng-non-bindable directive does not have any parameters.
